I didn't ignore you
I weighed-in yesterday. I am at 138 pounds. I was so happy to see those numbers....My hubby and I ended up talking a lot last night and I didn't get a chance to write.
I will admit it was another high calorie day for me. Some oreos, brownies and ice cream, a cupcake, and pizza for dinner but it was all in the spirit of celebrating my husband's promotion at work!!! Today i will resist temptations!! As soon as J wakes up I'm going to the gym. And healthy is on the menu for dinner tonight :)

not a long post
I don't even remember what all I ate today.....it was probably between 2250 calories and 2300 calories....I think I'm eating to deal with stress and boredom. Lord help me!! I weigh in tomorrow....where will I be??

those ugly cookies....
It's 10pm and I am craving some chocolate....i'm resisting...i'm resisting.
Today, I've had a bowl of cereal. 140 calories
90 calorie bar
for lunch I had a pb and banana sandwhich...250 calories.
I had a good morning.
Then 3pm came....I didn't check the calories on those oreos before I ate them....ummm...hangs head in shame...700 calories
dinner was soo good...sweet potato, corn on cob, and del monico steak. probably 700 calories.
That's 1880 calories...2256 calories.
Tomorrow...please Lord, help me!!!

The numbers are real
Do I have to?? I don't want to. I was beyond bad today. I have a love/hate relationship with sugar....anything sugar.
I had a peanut bar for breakfast =140 calories
coke=140
bliss kbar=90
marshmallows=120
peanut butter=190
leftover shrimp and grits= 500
a whole bag of candy corn=like 700 freakin calories....what the heck was I thinking? Why do I do this to myself??
A piece of cake my neighbor forced me to....no really she did. I told her and told her I didn't want it...she didnt' listen=400
finally for dinner homemade chicken potpie=500
A grand total of 2780 calories....now times that by 20%= 3336....OH MY!!!!! How completely horrible and embarrassed and just nasty I feel......

mother's day
I had a peanut bar for breakfast and a glass if milk....260 calories.
For lunch I had lots....Some awesome pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, brocolli casserole, spinach salad, fruit, salad, and rolls....who knows....I probably had 800 calories...Oh, rhubarb-strawberry pie...I made it for my brother. It was good, different, but good....i'd say 150 calories.
2 cokes for the day....280 calories
A salad at Grandaddy's BBQ....probably 200 calories. I don't use a lot of dressing and there was no meat.

total=2040......times that by 20% =2448....good thing I'm going to the gym tomorrow....

I have two birthday parties and dinner at Jonah's today. Hmmm, can I behave? I sure hope so!!!
I didn't go to one party and the other one I didn't eat anything. By the time I got my three kiddos taken care of, all the food was gone. But I didn't mind. I did have a piece of cake though...so probably 250 calories.
When I got home I had a bowl of cereal at about 150 calories and a peabut bar at 140 calories.
Dinner was soooooo yummy!! I had shrimp and grits. It was amazing. And we split an appitizer of crab cakes. Yummy...I had a coke with dinner and two hush puppies. I probably totaled 800 calories. So my total for the day was....1650 or 1980. I would be good if I hadn't of had that coke or cake....We'll see what tomorrow holds, it's Mother's day. I don't think we have any desserts planned though!!

Today is a new day. I was down 2 pounds since yesterday, must of been water weight.
I had my normal breakfast of a fiber plus bar =130 calories
glass of milk=130 calories
6 inch sub =300 calories
1 can coke = 140 calories
Last night My mom had a party for a lady she works with and I helped. I just snacked. I had about a plaetful of snack foods which probably totaled 600 calories.
I had a mix of coke/diet coke for probably another 140 calories.
Dinner was a few shrimp and some sausage for abour 200 calories.
Total= 1640 which again I'll add 20% to because I really don't know what all I ate...A Grand total of 1968 calories. That's not too bad, but it's a lot of empty calories. Notice I don't have any veggies.

Yesterday's total...
I woke up this morning with a migraine....no exercise today:( My sweet husband said he wished he could stay home and take care of the kiddos, but he had obligations with work.
So, I bet your wondering how I did last night? I did okay. Matthew brought home this already made dinner. A lady makes them and sells them on Thursdays.
I had some orange chicken with rice= 500 calories (I'm guessing...and I didn't eat the chocolate cake that came with it)
one dark chocolate hersey piece= unknown
about 5 bites of Matthews ice cream. I had to, he told me he got too much and needed help eating it. Who am I not to help my husband in his time of need...=150 calories.
I drank water all day. So I think my total for yesterday was around 1700. They say to add 10% to that. i'm pretty bad about knwoing how many calories are in something, so I'll do 20%

6 inch sub = 300 calories
1 pack of pb sandwhich cookies = 240 calories
And a cheesecake cookie = who knows how many calories...they were homemade= 300 calories is my guess
for a total of 1040 calories.....oh my goodness!! I only have like 200 left for today. So I will probably go over what I need for today. (See why i need help, staying at home is torture!!)

2 hours on day one
It's 10am...I've been awake for 2 hours, what have I eaten so far? A Fiber plus bar (These are my normal breakfast, they're fast and yummy!) My daughter, A, only ate half of her peanut butter bar, so guess who ate the other half....me. And there was one cupcake left. Of course I had to eat it to get it out of the house.
So, 1.5 bars = 220caloreis
1 8oz glass of milk = 130 Calories
1 cupcake = 135+120= 255 calories
for a total of 605 calories this morning. I can take in about 1800-2000 calories a day, because I'm nursing my youngest daughter, M. I only have 1200 calories left for my day.

In the beginning...
I am on a quest...to conquer my eating habits. I know what I need to be eating but I always choose the wrong things. I was a participant in a program called Team Lean through my local YMCA. It was a ten week program and I won! I beat out probably 400+ females, me, how did I do it? I was disciplined, motivation, and I had a great support system. Well, all of those are gone. So, I need something to keep me motivated. SO, I created this blog.
I've heard that 30 days makes a habit. I must be the exception to that rule. I was on Team Lean for 70+ days. And here I am worse off than when I started. So, I want to really change, for me and my family. I gained 3 pounds in 2 weeks. That was a wake up call for me.
I am wanting to write this blog so I can track and the world can see, how much i eat everyday. With three small children, I don't know if I'll be able to do this everyday, but I will do my best to keep up!
