Do I have to?? I don't want to. I was beyond bad today. I have a love/hate relationship with sugar....anything sugar.
I had a peanut bar for breakfast =140 calories
coke=140
bliss kbar=90
marshmallows=120
peanut butter=190
leftover shrimp and grits= 500
a whole bag of candy corn=like 700 freakin calories....what the heck was I thinking? Why do I do this to myself??
A piece of cake my neighbor forced me to....no really she did. I told her and told her I didn't want it...she didnt' listen=400
finally for dinner homemade chicken potpie=500
A grand total of 2780 calories....now times that by 20%= 3336....OH MY!!!!! How completely horrible and embarrassed and just nasty I feel......
Please Lord HELP!!!!!!!
