In the beginning...

I am on a quest...to conquer my eating habits.  I know what I need to be eating but I always choose the wrong things.  I was a participant in a program called Team Lean through my local YMCA.  It was a ten week program and I won!  I beat out probably 400+ females, me, how did I do it?  I was disciplined, motivation, and I had a great support system.  Well, all of those are gone.  So, I need something to keep me motivated.  SO, I created this blog. 

I've heard that 30 days makes a habit.  I must be the exception to that rule.  I was on Team Lean for 70+ days.  And here I am worse off than when I started.  So, I want to really change, for me and my family.  I gained 3 pounds in 2 weeks.  That was a wake up call for me.

I am wanting to write this blog so I can track and the world can see, how much i eat everyday.  With three small children, I don't know if I'll be able to do this everyday, but I will do my best to keep up!
