Today is a new day. I was down 2 pounds since yesterday, must of been water weight.
I had my normal breakfast of a fiber plus bar =130 calories
glass of milk=130 calories
6 inch sub =300 calories
1 can coke = 140 calories
Last night My mom had a party for a lady she works with and I helped. I just snacked. I had about a plaetful of snack foods which probably totaled 600 calories.
I had a mix of coke/diet coke for probably another 140 calories.
Dinner was a few shrimp and some sausage for abour 200 calories.
Total= 1640 which again I'll add 20% to because I really don't know what all I ate...A Grand total of 1968 calories. That's not too bad, but it's a lot of empty calories. Notice I don't have any veggies.
